Creator Rewards Şartları

The Minefort Creator Rewards Program (the “Program”) pays creators money when players spend Gems in their experiences. These terms are part of our Terms of Service. By setting up payouts you agree to them. The Program is run by Minefort.com B.V., Sloterweg 796, 1066 CN Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

1. Who can take part

To earn and pay out rewards you must:

be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 with a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms for you;
have a Minefort account with a verified email address;
own the experience the rewards come from;
set up payouts with our payment provider, Stripe, accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, and pass its identity checks, in a country where Stripe can pay you;
keep to our Terms of Service and our Content moderation policy.

If you are under 18, Stripe asks for your parent or guardian's details when you set up payouts, and they accept Stripe's agreement for you. Your parent or guardian is responsible for your use of the Program, including any tax due on your rewards. Stripe only allows this in some countries, and not in Brazil; where it does not, you must be 18.

Until payouts are set up and active, nothing in your experiences can be sold for Gems.

2. How you earn a reward

When a player spends Gems on a product in your experience, you earn a reward of €0.35 for every 100 Gems spent, rounded down to the cent for each purchase. Rewards are always in euros, whatever currency the player paid in. The current rate is shown on your Creator Rewards page.

You do not earn rewards for:

Gems spent by you, or by a member of your team, with their own linked Minecraft account;
purchases made through fraud, stolen payment details, or coordinated buying between accounts to create rewards;
sales of products, or in experiences, that break our Terms of Service or Content moderation policy.

3. Hold period

Each reward is on hold for 60 days from the purchase, because a player's payment can be refunded or disputed in that time. After that it becomes available to pay out.

4. Paying out

You pay out from your Creator Rewards page, any amount from €50 up to what is available.
We send it in euros to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it into your bank on its own schedule.
Minefort charges no fee. Your bank or Stripe may charge for currency conversion.
Pressing the payout button is a request. We may check your account and the sales behind your rewards before the money is sent.

5. Rewards, Gems and money

Rewards and Gems are separate. Rewards never turn into Gems, and Gems never turn into rewards or money. Rewards are not a deposit or a balance of money we hold for you: they are an amount we will pay you under these terms. They cannot be sold, traded or transferred to another account.

6. Reviews, holds and reversals

If a player who paid for Gems later refunds or disputes that payment, we may hold all of your payouts while we review it. We may also withhold, reduce or reverse rewards, or deduct them from future rewards, when they were earned:

from a payment that was refunded, disputed or unauthorized;
through fraud, self-dealing or other abuse of the Program;
through content or products that break our Terms of Service or Content moderation policy.

If we suspend or ban your account, unpaid rewards wait until our review is finished. We pay what was earned under these terms; rewards that were not are forfeited. We tell you what we decided and why, and you can appeal by email.

7. Taxes

Rewards are payments for the experiences you create. You are responsible for reporting them and for any tax due on them where you live. We and Stripe may ask for tax information and report payments to tax authorities when the law requires it.

8. Your responsibilities as a creator

Deliver what your products promise, for as long as you sell them.
Keep your experience working and safe for players.
Help us when we ask, for example to remove content that someone says infringes their rights.

9. Changes and ending the Program

We may change the rate, the hold period, the minimum payout or these terms. We tell you at least 30 days before a change that is worse for you, and it only applies to rewards earned after it takes effect. If we end the Program, we give the same notice, and rewards you already earned under these terms can still be paid out.
