Política de moderación de contenido

Qué está permitido en Minefort, cómo denunciar lo que no y qué hacemos al respecto.

Effective from: 15 October 2026

Anyone can build on Minefort, and anyone from the age of 13 can play. This policy sets out what may not be on Minefort, how to report it, how we decide what to do, and how to appeal. It applies alongside our Terms of Service, and breaking it breaks those terms.

Minefort is operated by Minefort.com B.V., Sloterweg 796, 1066 CN Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can reach us at support@minefort.com.

For legal inquiries, notices, or communication, please contact: legal@minefort.com

1. What this policy covers

Everything on Minefort that someone other than you can see or join:

  • servers and experiences, with their worlds, builds, packs, plugins and mods;
  • their names, descriptions, icons, addresses and other details;
  • chat, signs, books, skins and usernames inside them;
  • products sold for Gems;
  • the Minefort hub and our Discord server.

You are responsible for your server or experience and for what happens in it. If players can chat or build there, moderate it: you see what your players do long before we do.

2. Not allowed anywhere on Minefort

  • Child safety. Anything that sexualises minors, grooming, or trying to move a minor to a private conversation. We have zero tolerance for this and report it to the authorities.
  • Sexual content. Pornography, and sexually explicit builds, skins, images, chat or roleplay.
  • Hate. Attacking or demeaning people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age, and hate symbols.
  • Harassment. Bullying, threats, stalking, and sharing someone's personal information.
  • Violence and extremism. Glorifying or promoting real-world violence, terrorism or violent extremist groups, and encouraging suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
  • Illegal goods and gambling. Selling or promoting drugs, weapons or other illegal goods and services, and gambling for real money or for anything that can be bought with it.
  • Scams. Phishing, fake giveaways, asking for passwords or payment details, pretending to be Minefort staff, Mojang or another person, and selling accounts.
  • Malware and abuse. Viruses and malicious plugins, cryptocurrency mining, attacks on other servers or on Minefort, and anything else the Acceptable Use rules of our Terms of Service forbid.
  • Other people's rights. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, and personal data collected or shared without permission.
  • Spam and manipulation. Spam, faking players or activity, and abusing /report or discovery.
  • Anything else that is illegal.

3. Experiences

Anyone with its address can join an unlisted experience, and a published one is shown to every player in discovery. On top of section 2, an experience must:

  • Suit all ages. Combat in Minecraft's own style is fine. Graphic or realistic gore, slurs, and frequent strong swearing are not.
  • Be what it says. Its name, description and icon describe it honestly, and do not suggest it is made or endorsed by Minefort or Mojang.
  • Follow Minecraft's rules. The Minecraft EULA and Usage Guidelines apply to every server and experience.

4. Products

A product sold for Gems must:

  • not give a player an advantage over other players;
  • not be a random reward, such as a loot box, crate or spin;
  • suit all ages;
  • give the player what its name promises.

5. Reporting

In game. On any server or experience on Minefort, type /report followed by what happened, for example /report selling items that give an advantage. Your report includes the server or experience you are on, your Minecraft name, the time, your reason and, on Java Edition, the chat you saw there in the last 15 minutes. You can report once every 5 minutes. We never tell an owner who reported them.

By email. Send notices of illegal content, and anything you cannot report in game, to support@minefort.com. Include:

  • where it is: the address of the server or experience, and where in it;
  • what it is, and why you believe it is illegal or breaks this policy;
  • your name and email address, unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that your notice is accurate and complete.

We confirm that we received your email and tell you what we decided. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Reporting in bad faith, or reporting the same thing over and over, breaks this policy.

6. How we decide

People on the Minefort team review every report; no automated system decides. Experiences reported by more players are reviewed first. We look at the report, the chat it carries and the server or experience itself, and weigh how serious the harm is, whether it was deliberate, and the owner's history.

Some checks are automatic: a product name that could mislead a buyer, such as one with "free" or "Minefort" in it, is refused; /report and purchase prompts are rate-limited; and connections that flood our servers are cut off. These checks only refuse or limit something. Every decision to lock, remove, withhold Creator Rewards or ban is made by a person.

7. What we can do

  • Dismiss the report.
  • Ask the owner to change something.
  • Lock the server or experience: it leaves discovery, and players can no longer join it through Minefort until we unlock it. The owner keeps access to its files.
  • Remove a product or other content.
  • Withhold Creator Rewards earned through content that breaks this policy.
  • Suspend or ban the account, which stops it signing in to Minefort.
  • Report it to the police or other authorities when the law requires it or someone's safety is at risk.

Harm to children, credible threats and malware can lead to a ban without warning. Repeated breaks lead to stronger action.

When we act on your content or account, we email you what we did, which rule it broke and how to appeal, unless the law prevents it or telling you would put someone at risk.

8. Appeals

If you disagree with a decision, about your content, your account or a report you made, email support@minefort.com within six months of it. Include your account's email address, the server or experience, and why you think the decision is wrong. Where we can, someone who did not make the decision reviews it. We tell you the outcome and undo decisions that were wrong.

In the European Union you can also take a dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, or to court.

9. Changes

We update this policy as Minefort changes. The date at the top is the current version's, and we let you know before a significant change applies.
