I lost access to my 2FA codes
If you've lost access to your two-factor authentication (2FA) codes for your Minefort account, don't panic. We will be able to reset your 2FA.
Please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with "2FA reset" in the subject of your e-mail. Please note: the e-mail has to be sent from the account you are registered with on Minefort.com or else we are unable to verify legitimacy of your request.
Remember to keep a backup of your 2FA codes in a safe place, or use a 2FA app that allows you to backup your codes.
Also, it is important to keep your account information and 2FA codes safe and secure, and don't share them with anyone. 😉
