Finding out the seed of your world

The seed of a Minecraft world is a string of numbers and/or letters that is used to generate the terrain, structures, and other features of the world.

To find the seed of your current world, you can use the “/seed” command in-game or in your Minefort server dashboard Console terminal. This will display the seed in the chat or control log for you to see. If you are using the Java edition of Minecraft, you can also find the seed by opening the "World Options" menu in the pause menu and looking at the "Seed" field.
