Once you’ve finished setting up your server, you might want to run commands, enable cheats or change some other crucial gamerules. In order to do so, you will first need to be an operator (OP) on your Minefort server.

To do this, head to the “Overview” tab on the server dashboard. Now, type out the command /op [yournamehere] in the Console terminal and press enter. Note: your Minefort server has to be online in order to do this.

Now that you’ve made yourself a server operator (OP), you’ll be able to run commands. 😀

Important: you shouldn’t give OP status to people whom you don’t fully trust. With server operator permissions they would be able to run vital commands, which could be abused to grief your Minefort server.
